How to post every Teams meeting's notes to a Teams channel

Teams saves the recording and transcript, but only the organizer can easily find them — and nothing tells the rest of the team what was decided. AI Meeting Notetaker posts a card to the channel of your choice after every recorded meeting: title, preview image, summary, action items and a link to the full transcript.

The problem

What people run into

  • Only the organizer can download the transcript — there's no setting to share it with everyone
  • The old “Incoming Webhook” connector was retired in May 2026
  • Intelligent recap needs Teams Premium or Copilot for every person who reads it
  • Nobody wants to copy-paste notes into the channel after every call

With AI Meeting Notetaker

  • Works from the recording Teams already saves — no Graph setup
  • Full transcript (.docx + .txt), summary and action items
  • Automatic after every recorded meeting — nobody copies anything
  • No Copilot or Teams Premium license, no bot in the call

FAQ

Microsoft Teams channel: common questions

Office 365 Connectors are retired — what do I use instead?+

Teams Workflows. In the channel: ⋯ → Workflows → "Send webhook alerts to a channel". It gives you a link we post to. It's free with Microsoft 365 — no Premium license.

Why does my test return 403?+

In the workflow, set "Who can trigger" to Anyone. The link itself carries the secret; other options need a Microsoft sign-in we can't provide.

Can I post to more than one channel?+

Yes — create a workflow in each channel and connect each link.

Do I need Microsoft Copilot or Teams Premium?+

No. We transcribe and summarize the recording ourselves, so no Copilot or Teams Premium license is needed — only Teams meeting recording turned on.

Does a bot join my meetings?+

No. Nothing joins the call. We read the recording Teams saves to the organizer's OneDrive after the meeting.

How much does it cost?+

Your first 5 meetings are free (your 3 latest recordings and your next 2 meetings). After that it's $0.99 per meeting on a monthly plan of 10, 30 or 90 meetings — every integration is included.
