# AI Meeting Notetaker for Microsoft Teams

> Turns recorded Microsoft Teams meetings into transcripts, AI summaries and action items. No bot joins the call and no Microsoft Copilot license is needed: the organizer signs in with Microsoft once, and we read their Teams recordings from OneDrive (read-only).

- How it works: after a Teams meeting is recorded, the recording lands in the organizer's OneDrive; within minutes we transcribe it, write a summary, key points and action items, and email them with the transcript attached (.txt + .docx).
- Delivery: email (any recipients), integrations (Microsoft Teams channel, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Teams channel email, HaloPSA, ConnectWise PSA, Autotask (Datto), Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Other helpdesk, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, Email someone, Shared mailbox, Custom webhook), signed webhooks, and the REST API below.
- Pricing: the first meetings are free, then $0.99 per meeting (monthly plans of 10–120 meetings). No per-seat fees.
- Limits: transcripts cover the first 60 minutes of a meeting. 50+ languages, detected automatically.
- Permissions: delegated, read-only (User.Read, Files.Read, offline_access). No admin consent.

## REST API

Base URL: https://notetakerforteams.com/api/v1
Auth: `Authorization: Bearer ntk_live_…` — create a key at https://notetakerforteams.com/app/integrations/api (shown once; regenerate any time).
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute. Errors: `{"error":{"code","message"}}` with 401, 404, 409, 429.

### GET /api/v1/recordings?limit=20&cursor=…
The key owner's meetings, newest first. `limit` 1–100. Pass `next_cursor` from the previous page as `cursor`.

`url` is the shareable notes page (anyone with the link); `app_url` opens the meeting in the app (the owner signs in).

`status`: completed (notes ready), limited (recorded but over the plan's quota — no transcript yet), pending / processing, failed, ready_to_process (older meeting not processed).

### GET /api/v1/recordings/{id}/transcript.txt | transcript.docx
The full transcript with the notes on top, the meeting thumbnail and a link back to the meeting (.txt is Markdown). Same Bearer header. 409 if the meeting has no transcript yet.

## Webhooks

Connect a URL at https://notetakerforteams.com/app/integrations. When a meeting is ready we POST:

- Custom webhooks are signed (Standard Webhooks): headers `webhook-id`, `webhook-timestamp`, `webhook-signature: v1,<base64 HMAC-SHA256 of "id.timestamp.body" with the secret's base64 part>`.
- Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord and Google Chat URLs get a formatted message instead. Teams Workflows / Power Automate URLs also carry the JSON above in a `notetaker` field.
- Any 2xx within 10 s is success; network errors, 429 and 5xx are retried 3 times.
